Building Your Way To A Brighter Future
The CompTIA A+ exam is one of the most popular entry-level IT exams. The A+ certification proves that the holder is competent in areas such as installation, preventive maintenance, security, troubleshooting and networking in a range of operating systems and technologies. This certification is regarded by many employers as the industry standard for the computer support technicians, is internationally accepted and vendor neutral (CompTIA).
One of the nine skill areas that one must master for an A+ Certification, is hardware. A portion of the exam focuses on being able to identify, use and connect hardware components and devices. One of the goals for ROGBuild is to provide a place where gamers and non-gamers can learn the information necessary to pass the A+ Certification exam. Learning to build a computer is a life skill that can be purposeful for more than one reason. As ROGBuild is an ongoing project, more information regarding the A+ Certification will be added to the site. For now, click the link below to test your current knowledge about the hardware components and devices discussed on this website (CompTIA).
